King Philip Spring Concert

At 7:30 p.m., Thursday, March 27, the King Philip High School Music Program will present a Spring Concert in Grady Auditorium, featuring the Chorus, the Symphony Band, and the Concert Band. Tickets will be available at the door: $5 for adults, $3 for students.

The Symphony Band will perform Leonard Bernstein's Jeremiah Symphony, Movement No. 2 "Profanation," John Chance's "Variations on a Korean Folk Song," and Sammy Nestico's "The Silver Quill."

Concert Band will perform Fantasy on American Sailing Songs by Clare Grundman, "Marche" from the opera "Love for Three Oranges" by Serge Prokofiev, and Symphonic Overture by Charles Carter,

The Chorus will feature "The Heart's Cry" from Riverdance, "Add a Riff" by Saul Berkowitz, "Let's Begin Again" by John Rutter, "Ev'ry Time I Feel the Spirit" by William Dawson, and "Amazing Grace" by Ed Lojeski.
