Notice of Vacancy
Pursuant to the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 11, the Board of Selectmen calls the attention of all residents to the following vacancy. This vacancy will be filled at a joint meeting of the Board of Selectmen and the remaining members of the Planning Board during a regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen on Monday, January 26, 2004.
The Board of Selectmen further states that any person who desires to be considered for appointment to this position may, as soon as possible, file a letter of interest, no later than Wednesday, January 14, 2004, either by mail, email, fax, or in person with the Board of Selectmen, One Liberty Lane, Norfolk, MA 02056.

Term Expires May 4, 2004The person will selected will serve until the Annual Town Elections held May 4, 2004, at which time the person may take out nomination papers to run for election to the position.
