TOPS

The Outreach Program for Soccer, TOPSoccer. is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, developed by US Youth Soccer and offered by KPSA. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, ages 4-19, who has an intellectual or physical disability.

We launched our first program this Spring (2011) with sessions on Sundays from April 10 to May 22. This Fall we'll play for 6 weeks from September 11 at 1-2PM on Rice West at the Rice Complex.

The registration fee is $60.00 per player with a family maximum of $60. The registration fee includes a uniform shirt and a soccer ball. Below are the required registration documents:
